He Cannot Wait

Sometimes, in our grasp to understand Christ's glory and power, we forget that He died for each. and. every. one. of. us.

We forget that He knows us by name.

We feel puny, insignificant, and unworthy of any love or grace. 

But those are Satan's lies again. 

When Christ hears your name, His eyes fill with light and love. 

When you accept His love, His gift, His grace, when you do things in His name, He can barely contain Himself from running to you and wrapping you in a hug.

And He cannot wait for the day when you finally see Him again, face to face. 

He cannot wait for you to run to His arms with tears of joy and love in both your eyes, and your smiles bursting with light, while He tells you He loves you.

He cannot wait.
